Mother's Day Afternoon Tea and Floristry Workshop
Give the gift of flowers this Mother's Day but not any bouquet... a bouquet you have created yourself with your mum.

Our event will start at 12 noon with a welcome glass of fizz and canapes, along with an opportunity to catch up with Mum, before the floristry demonstration begins

A sparkling afternoon awaits you at Battlesteads with our brand new event, to celebrate all the Mums out there!
Kate Norris from Northumbrian Flowers will then lead the our lovely ladies through a demonstration on how to construct a bouquet, wrap it and finish it for presentation. After that you and Mum will try your hand at making a beautiful arrangement yourselves from a fabulous selection of fresh flowers including British grown flowers and foliage's, which you each get to take home and treasure.
At 2.30pm you'll be taken to your table for a delicious afternoon tea while admiring your beautiful handmade bouquet. Kate will also be on hand during afternoon tea for any advice and questions.
Everything will be provided for you to have a thoroughly enjoyable experience, a generous selection of flowers and foliage's, ribbons and raffias, wrap and boxes, last but not least a delicious afternoon tea to finish your day.
Places are very limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Dietary requirements catered for please do let us know at time of booking.
