As part of our philosophy, we carefully choose our produce to provide our guests with the finest ingredients. In the kitchens we focus on using the highest quality of fresh, local and seasonal produce to reduce food miles. A large proportion of these ingredients are grown on site in our kitchen garden by our team. Our charcuterie and smoked salmon are produced in house by Eddie our Head Chef. We also follow a low salt policy in our cooking methods and always endeavour, where possible to buy local services to reduce our carbon footprint and have a direct positive effect on the local economy.

We serve one taster menu only and cannot cater for food dislikes. We can alter our menu for vegetarians, some strict allergies or intolerances.
Whilst we follow best practice at all times, we would like to highlight that all dishes we serve are produced in an environment where allergens are also prepared and cooked. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee the environment will be completely allergen free. Please note, we can not cater for the following allergens; dairy, allium, mushroom, mustard or vegans at this time.
We must have at least 48 hours notice to honour this and must be informed when booking. If you are making a group booking, it is your responsibility to make us aware of dietary requirements of your party. Unannounced dietary requirements will not be catered for and a charge will still be applicable.
